maybe this is blasphemous. Sorry, sorry. But turkey bacon is better for you (of course you know that already) and if you buy Louis Rich it actually tastes a _little_ fatty.
see my problem is that i love love love the taste of bacon. But i have this deeply ingrained mental block on eating pork. Unless it accidentally sneaks into my italian hoagie or magically sprinkles itself on top of my cobb salad.
My solution: yum! Turkey bacon!

Mon, April 17, 2006 - 12:51 PMExcellent analogy. It just does not do the same thing as Baconbacon. Although you can find beef bacon in some places and there isn't much difference in taste.

Wed, June 28, 2006 - 2:32 PMI find it unfortunate that you cant eat bacon. As a Gentile i can. I will eat a piece just for you. Concerning Turkey-Bacon, its kosher...dont be pressured into eating pork. You might not be cool with your Goyim friends because you wont defie God and eat pork, but your cool with me.
Hail Voltaire!
