Is Bacon Kosher for Passover?

hmmmm
I believe that for those 40 years in the desert, surely some amount of bacon was consumed?!?!

I think I'll hide some in one of my Matzah balls this year as a secret surprise!

    Technically, my research would indicate that, sadly, it is not. You're not allowed to eat _any_ pork during pesach-- period!-- unless you're in "off" hours. On the upside, I think you can declare "off" hours retroactively, if I'm reading this right... the letters are funny...

      Hmmmm. Those who ate bacon were probably struck down along with the followers of Baal when Moses came down from the mountain. Do you want to get smote, eating bacon during passover? Don't get smote.
