Sat, April 15, 2006 - 8:04 PMTechnically, my research would indicate that, sadly, it is not. You're not allowed to eat _any_ pork during pesach-- period!-- unless you're in "off" hours. On the upside, I think you can declare "off" hours retroactively, if I'm reading this right... the letters are funny... -
