  My bacon once had a collision with the cinnamon sugar from my cheese blintzes and it was tasty, but haven't cooked it with just cinnamon yet - I think its worth a shot.

    That's what I'm trying to find out.
    
    My inspiration was walking out my apartment the other night (after just cooking bacon) and smack into my neighbor baking something with cinnamon. Both scents were in the air... and they smelled great together. I haven't had the opportunity to explore so I was hoping some of my fellow Hammie Heebs had some insight.
