Hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Apparently my dad had a great Thanksgiving as he tried a new recipe that involved roasting a whole Turkey that he had wrapped in Bacon. I have got to try this myself...he said it was bacony delicious.

It may sound gross to some, but I have always loved chopped liver but I make mine with plenty of delicious crispy bacon. Even people who wouldn't think of eating chopped liver have tried it and liked it - never underestimate the power of the smell of bacon.

the best thing I've ever tasted was bacon that was wrapped around a turkey, covered in butter and then smoked in a bar b que. When the bird was done, I made a turkey club sandwich out of the turkey and the bacon used to wrap around the turkey. Oh man, now that was a good sandwich!
