I AM a jew and for the past 6 years I have been justifying my love and comsumption of bacon by saying, "Its ok....my husband is methodist." Now I can stand up and shout, "I am a bacon eating jew and proud of it!"
By the way, last night I had the best BLT ever.
I was wondering, though, am I the only one in the world who uses bacon bits as THE main ingredient in a salad? I wonder.....REAL bacon bits seem to help hold a salad together if used in large quantities.

instant Cream of Wheat. To that, I add
Vietnamese fish sauce (Nuoc Mam). This
is my daily breakfast food. Others think
that this is a weird concoction, but it is
tasty and keeps me gastronomically
satisfied in the morning.
