With the release of the new Harry Potter book, Jelly Belly has added "bacon" to their list of Bertie Botts Beans flavors.
It's not bad. Or, at least, I don't think so. Some people have trouble with it.

Tue, June 28, 2005 - 1:16 PMYes, they do.
And, hey, combine it with "dirt" and you can created "Faire Boogers"!
Oh, and I confirmed - all Jelly Bellys, even the bacon ones, despite not saying so on the packaging, are kosher. -

Re: New Jelly Belly flavor
Tue, June 28, 2005 - 3:30 PMsome people say two great things don't necessarily taste great together, but then again, they probably don't like peanut butter and tuna fish sandwiches either. Hell with 'em. That is awesome news... my favorite part of going to the supermarket is filling up my big hands with jelly bellies from the display and seeing how many I can stuff in my mouth, chew while shopping. I have yet to hear any shit from employees. I bet the bacon goes real good with the toasted marshmallow... -

Thu, June 30, 2005 - 9:35 AMCan you imagine a bacon jelly bean. Does it taste like bacon? If so, how could they make it kosher? What did they put in it to give them that bacony goodness? Is it sweet. I simply must know more. With Marshmellow. That might be neat. -

Re: New Jelly Belly flavor
Tue, July 26, 2005 - 10:04 AMThat's what makes bacon special doesn't it. It's that nice ribbon of fat that makes you feel all guilty when you've finished.
