Joseph, this was perfect! I was waiting for the shift into third person and you did not disappoint me. Someone might start out by saying something like "you were raised better than that" but eventually it stops being you and becomes him. "Look at him, you'd think he was raised by savages!" I can't think of a thing you left out of the formula: a shameful waste; what will the naaaaybors think?; we're failures as parents (implicit in "we raised you better"). it's not one of those tiny things you can disapprove of with an annoying little joke but I suppose it's too small an issue to say something like, "it's not as if I don't mind but you're and adult and I have no right to interfere; but you know dear, you're breaking Daddy's (Momma's) heart", or "I'm only glad Nana didn't live long enough to see things come to this!"

Ok, this is actually a semi-serious question on the whole thing - given that I am a gentile and the only thing I ever learned about keeping kosher comes from Faye Kellerman books and a friend I had in Uni 20 years ago...
