So...looks like I fit the 2 basic criteria here. But there is so much more to bacon, than the delicious aroma and smell by itself. Thank goodness I had a kosher grandma that kept a special bacon pan just for me as a kid.
Now, how do ya like it? Ever try chocolate covered bacon (interesting, um, taste)? Chicken bacon pot pie? How about those scary bacon wrapped mayonaisse hot dogs in Mexico? My current fav must be bacon wrapped stuffed jalapenos. yum
